Hopsfield Farm is home to Watershed Floral, a design studio specializing in seasonal arrangements for weddings and other events.

Sarah started Watershed ten years ago in the basement of her Portland home and is thrilled to have expanded to a larger studio on 30 acres of field and forest. Here she can grow more flowers for her arrangements, as well as forage unique elements.

Cut flower sales on the farm and at other locations throughout greater Portland began in 2021. Plans to expand flower production in 2022 are in progress.
